Trying to find a Flash program to use!

I need to find the right Flash program so that I could start making Flash videos to post. It's hard because I've got school, work, and I'm also trying to get people for a video I'm making on YouTube (YouTube is NOTHING compared to Newgrounds! Newgrounds KICKS ASS!!!). But yeah. Just stay put people. I'll have a flash in no time! (Alot of you probably don't care lol)
